1. Initial Contact & Scheduling: Once you reach out, we’ll gather a few details about your issue or project and schedule a convenient time for a visit.

2. Upfront Diagnostics: For residential jobs, we charge a flat $85 diagnostic fee (applied to your final invoice if you proceed). For commercial properties, diagnostics start at $85 and may increase based on complexity.

3. Clear Communication: You’ll receive text updates when our technician is on the way, when the job begins, and once it’s completed—so you’re always in the loop, even if you’re not home.

4. Estimate & Approval: After diagnosing the issue, we’ll provide a clear estimate for the work. If approved, we’ll proceed with the service or schedule a time that works for you.

5. Expert Service: Our licensed, bonded, and insured team gets the job done right the first time—following all Wisconsin state codes.

6. Clean & Complete: We respect your space, keep work areas protected, and leave your home or business clean once the job is complete.
