Yes. Optimal Plumbing is fully licensed, insured, and bonded in Wisconsin. All work is completed to Wisconsin state code so it’s done right the first time.
Absolutely. After assessing the job, we explain the issue, walk through your options, and provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins—no surprises.
Yes. We charge a flat $85 trip fee to come out and assess the work. If you move forward with the service, that fee is applied to your final invoice.
We provide residential and commercial plumbing services, including repairs, water heater installations, sump pump installations, repipes, leak detection, sewer pipe replacements, drain cleaning, installations, remodels, and new construction plumbing, among other services.
